About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year RN in Med/Surg preferred 2+ years License: Required certification/licensure to work as an RN in Tennessee Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have Skills/Experience: Minimum 1 year RN in Med/Surg Description: Providing quality health care for the surrounding areas for over 60 years. Employs more than 1,000 employees and over 300 physicians. Fully accredited and governed by a local board of trustees. The facility has a 167-bed capacity with Level III Trauma Center status. General checks must be completed prior to assignment start date. Unit profile includes a patient ratio of 6:1, with the use of Meditech for electronic health records. The patient population includes adult and geriatric patients. Professional demeanor is expected in this role. Candidates may float to other Med/Surg units as needed. Dress code allows for any scrub color, but casual wear is unacceptable.
