We are hiring a Fulfillment Generalist for our Austin, TX location, full‑time Monday through Friday. The role coordinates and fulfills orders related to enterprise compliance across numerous jurisdictions. About the Role The position requires flexible movement among departments such as Corporate, ARMS, Lien Research, and Registered Agent, and involves internal customer service, public record research, file preparation, and system data entry. Key Responsibilities Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner. Flexibly move between departments based on business need during peak periods. Provide courteous, warm, and knowledgeable internal customer service, exercising emotional intelligence under pressure. Operate office equipment, such as phones, computers, scales, mailing sorters, photocopiers, and scanners. Utilize Capitol Services’ proprietary systems to process work. Efficiently navigate public record websites and government databases for filing and retrieving documents. Prepare, review, and submit filings to regulatory agencies in coordination with colleagues and correspondents, ensuring attention to statutory and jurisdictional rules. Accurately enter and maintain information in proprietary systems according to internal guidelines. Maintain organization to ensure accurate results. Technical competencies : You are comfortable with Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe PDF documents. Physical requirements : You can remain stationary 75% of the time. What We Offer $20.00 hourly rate. Discretionary annual bonus, typically 4 weeks of pay, based on company and individual performance.
