Receptionist Schedule Tue-F 3:00 pm-7:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am-7:00 pm Also fill in 8:00 am-5:00 pm when needed What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department Take clear, accurate messages and ensure every customer feels heard and valued Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude Perform light administrative tasks Work collaboratively as a team player to support daily operations What We're Looking For Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Customer-service mindset and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and office skills Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus If you're looking for an opportunity with a respected, award-winning automotive group and enjoy being the welcoming face of a business, we'd love to hear from you.
