We are looking for a COO to lead our team of international restaurants. Our restaurants are national and worldwide, and we are looking for a structured, disciplined, and charismatic leader who has experience with licensing, management agreements and franchise relationships in an upscale restaurant environment.

COO Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of COO experience
• Complex, geographically dispersed restaurant portfolios with independent restaurants
• Experience with multiple concepts and brands
• Strong experience with licensing, management agreements and franchise relationships
• International operations
• New restaurant opening experience, growing and scaling companies and restaurant turnarounds

• Improve restaurant-level performance and profitability
• Create great accountability and follow-through
• Align Operations, Culinary, Finance, HR, Marketing and Sales
• Translate the company vision into clear operational priorities and execution
• Standardize training materials across all brands
