The architecture and amenities reflect the rich valley culture. As a Sales Agent with Cotino™, a Storyliving by Disney™ you will focus on meeting and exceeding individual sales revenue goals, building relationships with guests, communicating effectively, and maintaining product knowledge, while collaborating with the site Sales team. The role is based on‑site in Palm Springs and reports directly to the Sales Manager. Responsibilities Navigate consumers through the sales journey, building relationships and promoting the Disney brand with integrity. Ensure a Disney‑engaging and memorable buying experience. Leverage a deep understanding and passion for the Disney brand. Contribute to a strong team culture and set collaborative standards. Required Qualifications Active California Real Estate License. 5+ years of sales experience in hospitality and/or real estate, or 3+ years of new home sales experience. Experience assisting buyers through the full real estate lifecycle. Proficiency handling a high volume of leads and multitasking with strong time‑management skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Understanding of aligning individual goals with team objectives. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills. Ability to interpret and analyze floor plans and blueprints. Valid driver’s license. Flexible to work weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Greater Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, and Southern California real estate markets. Lifestyle or Master Planned Community sales experience. Education Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience. Active and valid CA Real Estate License. Additional Information Base salary range: $28,800 – $38,600 per year. Compensation includes commission based on the sales plan. Eligibility for a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
