Recreation Director
Join our team in Washington Township, NJ , as we seek a dynamic and experienced Recreation Director to oversee our recreational programs and activities.
As our new Recreation Director, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational programs and activities for our residents, ensuring a fulfilling and enjoyable living experience. Your creative vision and attention to detail will be crucial in developing and maintaining a diverse range of programs, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and special events.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and implement recreational programs and activities for residents, considering their interests, abilities, and needs
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and activities, making adjustments as necessary to ensure resident satisfaction and engagement
Collaborate with other departments, such as Social Services, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to resident care and well-being
Recruit and train volunteers and staff to assist with recreational programs and activities
Manage budgets and resources for recreational programs and activities, ensuring efficient and effective use of facilities and equipment
Maintain accurate records and reports of recreational programs and activities, including resident participation and feedback
