Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 0.90 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: 12 Hour Nights (United States of America)

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will bring specialized training or hands-on experience in direct patient care , demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical support and a commitment to compassionate service.

• Works as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patients with behavioral health conditions including substance use, PTSD, suicidal or homicidal ideation, mental instability, and trauma.
• Observes and documents patient mood, behavior, and interactions; completes rounds and precautionary checks; reports concerns to nursing staff.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and performs delegated care tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Maintains a clean, organized, safe, and wellstocked patient care environment.

Qualifications:

• Specialized training in basic patient care preferred (e.g. CNA, MA, military medical training, NA, NT, nursing student who has completed skills labs or has at least 6 months experience in direct patient care)
• High School Diploma or GED
• BLS Required at the time of Hire
