Customer Success Manager

Overview Our mission at Renterra is to modernize the $100B+ heavy equipment rental industry. We’ve built an end-to-end platform that transforms how rental companies run their businesses. We are a fast-growing, venture-backed company with an amazing product and a passionate customer base. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team and help take our customer relationships to the next level. Responsibilities Lead onboarding for new customers, including large and strategic accounts, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business objectives and become a trusted advisor Collect and synthesize customer feedback to share with the product team, influencing future development Proactively identify and address potential issues, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve them Monitor customer health metrics and implement action plans to improve retention and satisfaction Manage renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Contribute to the evolution of our customer success processes and best practices as we scale Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally in SaaS Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven track record of managing customer expectations and turning challenges into wins Experience managing onboarding or success for large/strategic accounts is a plus Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for managing and organizing large data sets during onboarding Knowledge of the equipment rental industry is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary with equity options Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) Remote / work-from-home options An inclusive and supportive team culture Opportunities for professional growth and advancement The chance to make a meaningful impact on our business and our customers’ success If you’re passionate about building strong customer relationships and helping businesses succeed with modern software, we’d love to hear from you.
