Warehouse Operations Associate

As a Warehouse Operations Associate , you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products safely, accurately, and on time. Every day brings a variety of hands-on responsibilities that keep our operation running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Label, document, and stage outbound shipments Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Move inventory using hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks Shrink-wrap pallets and secure products for safe transport Stock products and maintain organized inventory locations Utilize scanners, handheld devices, and computer systems to manage inventory and shipping activities Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and operating guidelines Qualifications Strong attendance and punctuality record Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills Basic math and problem-solving abilities Comfort using computers, scanners, and warehouse technology Flexibility to support changing operational needs Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands Competitive Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Retirement Plan When the company succeeds, our employee-owners share in that success.
