Manager, Maintenance

Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance operations at facility to ensure optimal equipment uptime, efficiency, and facility safety. Oversee in-house maintenance technician(s), and contractors, establishing work priorities and ensuring tasks are completed safely and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Manage contracts and vendor relationships for contracted work. Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all critical manufacturing assets, minimizing unplanned downtime and production interruptions. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and safety teams to identify and resolve equipment and process issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support new project implementations. Monitor maintenance budget Ensure maintenance records, work orders, and documentation are accurately maintained in compliance with Nutrien policies. Manager DOT compliance and driver qualification files

What You'll Bring: High school diploma/GED Associates degree in mechanical or industrial maintenance is a plus 2+ years of experience in operating processing plant environment such as food processing, chemical processing or pharmaceutical or training equivalent required 2+ years of forklift experience preferred 2+ years of experience/training in making repairs on typical chemical processing equipment
