Clinical Director (BCBA)Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking an experienced BCBA Clinical Director for a growing ABA organization in Edinburg, Texas.This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is ready to step into clinic leadership without giving up work life balance. The Clinical Director oversees the clinical operations of one Edinburg clinic, provides mentorship and supervision to BCBAs and clinical staff, and maintains a very small direct caseload.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary $90,000 to $95,000Approximately $100,000 annual compensation with bonusQuarterly bonus potential up to $2,000Relocation assistance available28 days of PTO annuallyMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company supported retirement planningEmployee referral bonus programMonday through Friday schedule8:00 AM to 4:00 PM workdayNo evenings or weekendsSmall caseload of approximately 2 to 3 clientsApproximately 12 billable hours per weekDedicated operational and clinical quality supportCareer advancement into regional and executive leadershipPosition ResponsibilitiesAs Clinical Director, you will lead the clinical team and ensure high quality, ethical ABA services throughout the clinic.Responsibilities include:Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs and clinical team membersReview treatment plans and clinical recommendationsMonitor treatment quality and clinical outcomesConduct observations and quality assurance reviewsSupport BCBA training and professional developmentParticipate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding clinical staffAssist with patient intake and assessment processesCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionalsMaintain a limited direct service caseloadMonitor clinic performance and clinical KPIsEnsure compliance with clinical standards and best practicesQualificationsMaster's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certificationTexas LBA or eligibility to obtain Texas licensureMinimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilitiesMinimum 1 year of experience as a BCBAStrong clinical leadership and communication skillsSupervisory or leadership experience preferredThis position is primarily in person in Edinburg, Texas.
