Loan Processing Specialist

Citizens Community Bank is looking for a detail-driven and customer-focused Loan Processor to join our growing lending team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in creating a seamless lending experience for our customers while supporting a team that values community, collaboration, and exceptional service. What You’ll Do Process and prepare consumer, commercial, and real estate loan documentation Review loan files for accuracy and completeness Coordinate with loan officers, and customers, to gather necessary information. Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies. Manage loan files and ensure timely processing to meet closing deadlines. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lending process Have at least 2 years of experience in loan processing or a related field. Possess strong organizational and communication skills Are proficient with loan processing software and MS Office Suite Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and customer service.
