Frequentie aantal dagen thuiswerken: 1Opleidingsniveau: WOWerkervaring: Medior### Hoe ga jij impact maken?Voor een innovatief project zoeken we een AI developer, die aan de slag kan met een multi-agent systeem, waarbij verschillende AI-agents samenwerken om complexe taken uit te voeren. In deze rol ontwerpt en ontwikkelt de professional intelligente agents met ieder een eigen verantwoordelijkheid binnen het systeem. Je vertaalt processen en taken naar effectieve prompts, kan experimenteren met verschillende (open-source) taalmodellen en optimaliseert hun prestaties door middel van prompt engineering, het aanpassen van parameters en het toevoegen van slimme technieken. Daarnaast, is de professional bereid om mee te denken over architectuur, modelkeuze, juridische- en ethische vraagstukken en is op de hoogte van de laatste trends op het gebied van AI-technologie.Een bijzonder aspect van dit project is de koppeling met een trainings- en simulatieomgeving. De AI-agents zullen een belangrijke rol spelen binnen een interactieve game-ervaring. De agents zullen onder andere scenario's moeten kunnen genereren, NPC's kunnen sturen en situaties kunnen analyseren. Er zal dus ook samengewerkt worden met collega's met andere disciplines voor koppelingen met de game componenten.We zoeken iemand die ervaring heeft met het werken met agents en/of multi-agent systems, graag experimenteert, en energie krijgt van het bouwen van slimme AI-oplossingen die daadwerkelijk in de praktijk worden toegepast.**Werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden:** Het is jouw taak om deze game-component naadloos te laten aansluiten op het AI-component. Door game-componenten te onderzoeken, ontwikkelen en te implementeren zorg jij voor een realistische en consistente game-ervaring. Je let hierbij ook op performance, schaalbaarheid en gebruikerservaring.**Taken:** Ontwikkel ingenieur en integreer componenten Volg richtlijnen voor gebruikerservaringen Bewust van en bekend met bekende beveiligingskwetsbaarheden, door beveiliging toe te passen door ontwerp Vormdocumentatie Verstrek geavanceerde, component technische ondersteuning Los problemen voor en na het testen op### Eisen* De professional heeft minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het gekozen eCF profiel of soortelijke functie.* De professional beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.* De professional heeft een studierichting in AI of vergelijkbaar op minimaal WO bachelor niveau.* De professional heeft minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met programmeren in python.* De professional heeft minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het ontwikkelen met Large Language Models en implementeren hiervan.* De professional heeft sterke kennis van prompt engineering, agents en Retrieval-Augmented Generation.* De professional heeft begrip van AI-veiligheid, hallucinaties en guardrails.* De professional kan goed met andere collega's samenwerken en koppelingen maken tussen AI en andere domeinen.* De professional kan zelfstandig en gestructureerd te werk gaan en is communicatief vaardig.* De professional kan in team verband aan het project werken door gebruik te maken van de juiste tools en werkwijze. Bij het AI-lab van de Marechaussee wordt geexperimenteerd met state-of-the-art AI technologie. Soms komt hier ook een gamecomponent bij kijken.Je gaat je werkzaamheden uitvoeren binnen de sectie DevOps van de Marechaussee. DevOps valt organisatorisch binnen de Directie Informatie & Technologie van de staf CKMar waar gewerkt wordt aan zowel decentrale IT productie als R&D experimenten op het gebied van AI, robotica en engineering. Binnen R&D experimenteer je met de nieuwste technologieen en werk je aan oplossingen die morgen het verschil maken.
