JOB TITLE Junior Supply Chain Associate A Day in the Life As a Junior Supply Chain Associate, you will be a key player in our Operations team, contributing to the journey of our products from creation to consumer. This 12-month opportunity in Clark, NJ is your chance to solve complex challenges, collaborate with world‑class teams, and gain foundational knowledge in the beauty industry. Responsibilities Assist with supply planning, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with assembly teams to ensure product availability. Oversee aspects of the order management process and conduct root cause analysis to continuously improve our service levels. Participate in and lead projects aimed at optimizing our supply chain processes and improving ways of working through new tools and technologies. Work closely with various departments to support shared goals and contribute to special projects, gaining exposure to the broader business.
