Registered Nurse – Critical Care

Shift: 3x12 nights

Assignment Details:

• Patient ratio: 1:2
• Beds/rooms: 10
• Daily census: ~8

Requirements:

• License: State or Compact license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Years of experience: 2 years preferred
• EMR: Epic

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create patient care plans.
• Perform procedures and interventions within the scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation: 24 hours
• Pre-approved time off: 1
• Travelers residing in certain counties are not contractable.
• Onboarding: Core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing.
