Navy Yard, located in North Charleston, SC, is looking for a dedicated Pastry Production Assistant to help us craft exceptional treats. If you have a love for baking and at least one year of experience, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll DoAs a Pastry Production Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our production process, ensuring every pastry meets our high standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and production of a variety of pastries.
- Measuring, mixing, and shaping doughs and batters according to recipes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety standards.
- Supporting the team in daily tasks to meet production goals.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficiency and quality in every batch.
We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a pastry or baking environment.
- Experience with Lamination is strongly preferred but not required
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
