A&P Mechanic

Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) MechanicSparkchasers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic to join our growing maintenance team. In this role, you'll perform inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on customer's aircraft to ensure the highest standards of safety and airworthiness are met. If you're passionate about aviation and take pride in precision and professionalism, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standardsTroubleshoot mechanical issues and execute corrective actionsDocument all work performed in compliance with FAA requirements and company proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with the maintenance team to support efficient fleet operations and minimize downtimeParticipate in ongoing training and stay current with regulatory and technical updatesRequirements:Must be eligible to work in the United States for SparkchasersValid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required1+ year of relevant experience preferred (recent graduates considered)Strong understanding of FAA regulations and general aviation maintenance practicesAttention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningAvailability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings as needed
