Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30)

Employment Type: Contract

Licensure/Certifications: Endoscopy RN certification required

Experience: Fully competent in all endoscopic procedures, including ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopy, and EBUS

What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care for all endoscopic procedures, including advanced procedures like ERCP and EUS
• Assist with pulmonary procedures such as bronchoscopy and EBUS, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Function independently within the Endoscopy unit, supporting patient care before, during, and after procedures
• Respond to on-call requirements, with a response time of 30 minutes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
• Support bariatric procedures and familiarity with ION Robot is preferred, but not required

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid RN license in Louisiana
  • Certification in endoscopy procedures
  • Extensive experience in endoscopy, including advanced techniques
  • Ability to function independently across all endoscopy responsibilities
• Preferred:
  • Experience with bariatric procedures
  • Proficiency with ION Robot systems
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
