Registered Nurse (RN)The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, working directly with patients requiring advanced medical interventions. Candidates must possess specialized expertise in the use of Impella and Balloon Pump devices, as well as experience with electronic medical records systems, specifically EPIC.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, focusing on cardiovascular health.Operate and manage Impella and Balloon Pump devices effectively.Utilize EPIC system for documentation and patient management.Participate in emergency response procedures and maintain patient safety.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.Acute care facility experience is preferred.Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per organizational policy is required.AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.Shift InformationThis position requires flexibility to work night shifts, with a schedule of 36/48 hours.Work EnvironmentCandidates will be expected to work in a high-acuity environment, effectively responding to patient needs and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.Client Details City Bakersfield State CA
