This is a diverse, hands-on position that offers exposure across accounting, payroll, financial reporting, HR, and day-to-day business operations. Business Operations & Accounting Coordinator Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping, AP, and AR activities Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using Paychex Calculate and process monthly commissions Prepare financial and management reports for leadership and the CPA Coordinate with CPAs and banking partners on financial matters Support HR administration and maintain confidential employee records Track recurring deadlines and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks Maintain financial, employee, and compliance documentation Support accounting, payroll, POS, and business management systems Business Operations & Accounting Coordinator Qualifications 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or business operations required Hands-on experience with AP, AR, and bookkeeping required Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required Strong organization and time-management skills required #J-18808-Ljbffr twiceasnice Recruiting
