This means opening and closing orders, keeping track of progress and ensuring smooth operation in internal systems. Scheduling and Workflow Management: Assigning the right techs to the right jobs at the right time; juggling schedules and workflows to ensure everyone knows where they need to be. Deliver top-notch service to customers: Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process. Communication: Connect with the team and keep customers in the loop to keep everything running smoothly and aligned. Team Management and Development: Lead a team of techs, motivate them, support growth, and handle issues to build a strong, capable crew.
