Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair on plant machinery (e.g., cranes, compressors, motors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems) and office areas.
• Preventative Maintenance & PLCs: Conduct routine PM inspections, troubleshoot PLCs, and diagnose or report equipment malfunctions.
• Technical Trades: Execute general plumbing, pipefitting, carpentry, masonry, welding, brazing, and electrical wiring/conduit installation. Operate drill presses and grinders for basic part fabrication.
• Schematic Interpretation: Execute work orders and installations using drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and machine manuals.
• Installation & Assembly: Dismantle, reassemble, level, and align machinery. Assist higher-classified personnel with complex installations or major electrical repairs.
• Compliance & Administration: Maintain accurate repair and material records, adhere to safety and ISO 9001/14001 standards, and support departmental budget goals.
• Requirements: Must provide own tools.
