El Asociado de Producción EMPL Trabajo manual Hace 3 días ID de petición: 1001 Intervalo salarial: $15.00 Para $17.00 Por hora El Asociado de Producción es responsable de diversas tareas de producción dentro del proceso de fabricación de tortillas. Este rol implica rotar por diferentes puestos en la línea de producción, incluyendo controles de calidad, operación de maquinaria (Durapack, detector de metales, selladora) y verificación de peso (báscula). El candidato ideal se sentirá cómodo trabajando en un entorno de ritmo acelerado, será adaptable a las cambiantes necesidades de producción y estará comprometido con el mantenimiento de altos estándares de calidad y seguridad. Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales: Tareas de producción: Pesar la producción para cumplir con las especificaciones. Empacar tortillas en cantidades o pesos específicos según las instrucciones del supervisor de producción. Operar la maquinaria de la línea de producción, incluyendo el Durapack, el detector de metales y las máquinas selladoras. Envolver manualmente o manejar una máquina envolvedora de palés. Control de calidad: Inspeccionar y descartar productos defectuosos o materiales extraños, colocándolos en los contenedores designados. Realizar controles de calidad en diversas etapas del proceso de producción. Manejo de materiales: Levantar y transportar artículos que pesen hasta 40 libras, incluyendo contenedores de ingredientes, cajas y productos terminados. Documentación y etiquetado: Etiquetar contenedores y bolsas de papel/plástico con precisión. Seguridad y cumplimiento: Mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro y limpio, cumpliendo con todos los procedimientos, normas y reglamentos de seguridad. Capacitación cruzada: Disposición para recibir capacitación cruzada y desempeñar diversos puestos en la línea de producción según sea necesario.
