Territory Sales Executive

TF Partners Inc is hiring a motivated Territory Sales Executive to serve the Muncie, IN area. This outside B2B sales position offers advancement opportunities and the ability to make a meaningful impact by helping businesses provide affordable supplemental benefits to their employees. What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with business owners, general managers, and HR directors
  • Present customized supplemental benefit solutions
  • Prospect and develop new accounts within your assigned territory
  • Clearly explain benefit options with professionalism and integrity
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and leadership development
  • Support and mentor developing team members
  • Manage your schedule with flexibility and independence
