This innovative firm is dedicated to creating an AI operating system that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of veterinary practices, ultimately improving the quality of care for pets.What You Will DoDevelop and maintain scalable web applications using Python, TypeScript, and React.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for the AI operating system.Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices.Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers in the team.Integrate machine learning models into the existing platform to enhance functionality.Utilize Git for version control and maintain a clean codebase.Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.Ideal Candidate Background3–6 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python and TypeScript.Proficiency in front-end technologies, particularly React.Solid understanding of version control systems, specifically Git.Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.PreferredFamiliarity with machine learning concepts and their application in software development.Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in veterinary care or related fields.Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this role ranges from $175K to $225K, accompanied by equity options between 0.5% and 1%.
