Assignments may include one-on-one or classroom aide positions, supporting students with behavioral needs and assisting with behavior intervention plans (BIPs). You’ll make a genuine impact day-to-day, interacting with students who benefit from compassionate, attentive support.

Key Qualifications:

• Active substitute or paraprofessional certificate on DESE, or proof you are in process (must be active before start date)
• School-based and behavioral support experience required
• Willingness to complete district-specific fingerprinting prior to assignment
• Comfort with all aspects of paraprofessional responsibilities, including support with toileting if required
• Able to work 1–5 days a week, with schedule flexibility as callouts arise
