Field Service Technician - Custom Door/Window Manufacturer

Job Description Job Description Field Service Technician The French Steel Company is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to support our growing portfolio of luxury custom steel windows and doors. In this role, you will travel nationwide to perform high-quality repairs, servicing, troubleshooting, and installation corrections on our premium thermally broken steel products. Key Responsibilities: * Diagnose and repair custom steel windows and doors on-site at client locations across the country * Identify and resolve installation-related issues * Manage travel logistics (flights, hotels, rentals) using a company credit card, with support from our Service Coordinator * Maintain detailed service reports and communicate effectively with clients and the Atlanta team Requirements: * Proven experience installing and servicing doors and windows (steel or high-end fenestration preferred) * Own hand and power tools required for field service work * Must live within 50 miles of midtown Atlanta * Comfortable with frequent travel and hybrid work (field-based with periodic office time in Atlanta) * Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated technician who enjoys independence, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
