Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
• Research, plan, and book travel experiences including flights, hotels, resorts, and cruises
• Provide recommendations and insider tips to enhance client experiences
• Manage client itineraries and ensure accuracy of travel documents
• Deliver high-quality service before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online booking tools
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel is a plus but not required
