Senior Technical Program Manager

As a System TPM, you lead the hardware engineering teams in developing products from concept to mass production. You own the end-to-end schedule, report on engineering issues, define mitigation strategies, lead cost down efforts, and keep senior management up-to-date on progress. You are the single threaded owner for ensuring end to end delivery of a device.Key job responsibilitiesAs a Technical Program Manager, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative consumer products. In this role, you will:- Work with key stakeholders in product management and executive teams to define strategy and requirements- Deep dive on key technical issues and lead teams to find solutions within program constraints- Own cross functional development schedules - Lead cross functional development on new technology from design through mass production, working across all hardware disciplines- Work with remote teams across the world and travel to Asia to complete prototype builds to test and validate our product designs.- Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks and to drive key decision making- Manage resource prioritization, drive cost down efforts, look around corners to prevent common development pitfalls.- Lead key product development milestones following a waterfall style development within hardware. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
