Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTION:
Under general supervision, the Coordinator, 504 & Educational Supports, Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act (2020), will ensure Federal Compliance for Section 504 including identification, evaluation, and implementation related to the onset and continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Coordinator will supervise
and support education programs including Home Hospital, Hospital Teachers, students who are pregnant and parenting, and other programs as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Credential Copy (or Document Number listed on CTC/if enrolled in an intern program or preliminary program must provide letter from program verifying enrollment and completion of program (for intern program, letter must state you are intern eligible))
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 signed letters dated within 1 year of the application window; letters beyond 1 year or undated will not be accepted)
• Resume (current and up-to-date)

Comments and Other Information

Your 3 Professional References (section after "Work Experience") must consist of at least (1) from a current supervisor*. Reference Checks will be conducted as part of the advanced stages of the interview process.


*Internal candidates: if your current supervisor is the hiring manager (Noel Estacio) you must provide a professional reference from an alternate superior (Current or former). You may not list the hiring manager as a professional reference.
