Junior Employment Litigation Associate - Hybrid

A premier management-side labor & employment law firm is seeking a Junior Employment Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office . Key Responsibilities Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents. Propound and respond to written discovery. Prepare for, take, and defend depositions. Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations. Work on wage & hour class actions and PAGA matters. Collaborate with attorneys and clients on strategic case management and litigation planning. Key Qualifications Admission to the California Bar. 2-3 years of litigation experience. (labor & employment law experience is a plus but not required) Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, organization, and case-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Experience with wage & hour litigation, class actions, and PAGA claims is a plus. Competitive compensation: Base salary ranging from $195,000 to $230,000, depending on experience. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
