Duties/Responsibilities:

• Seamlessly manage routine data entry tasks for various accounting functions including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure the accuracy of billing statements, invoices, and related documents.
• Efficiently distribute essential accounting reports as per directives.
• Provide support with mail distribution, phone inquiries, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
• Adaptability to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Demonstrate precision and efficiency in computer-based data entry.
• Possess foundational mathematical skills for accurate financial processing.
• Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software applications.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior training in bookkeeping.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortably work for extended periods at a desk using a computer.
• Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
