- Independently perform assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures and ongoing evaluations for clients.

- Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures
- Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification and TB test
