Pay Plan No Experience required! - below are the details of the new hire pay-plan for your first 4 months!

1. st calendar month $4,000.00 pro-rated from date of hire.
2. nd calendar month (1st full month) $3,000.00 guaranteed + $150.00 per vehicle sold.
3. rd calendar month (2nd full month) $2,500.00 guaranteed + $225.00 per vehicle sold.
4. th calendar month: $2500.00 guaranteed + $300.00 per vehicle sold, with an additional $500.00 per five vehicles sold.

Advancement opportunities Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, and pet insurance Paid Time Off, Holiday and Vacation time off Paid Maternity and Paternity leave (Parental Leave) Company Paid $10,000 life insurance policy Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts Professional growth and development training on a quarterly basis. 401K plans Here Is What You Will Be Doing Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions Present customer deal structure and additional finance products Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc. Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle. Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email. Here Is What You Will Need Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred Strong communications skills. Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude. Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
