The Product Development coordinator will work with the Product Development Team in managing and tracking the development of all seasonal products and materials for Woven and Knit categories. As a Product Development coordinator, you will support the day-to-day activities of the Product Development team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Make, send, and track inbound packages.
• Open & check in sample packages; distro to team members
• Work with Team on sample accuracy & quality call outs.
• Organize and maintain sample archive.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing submits/samples are properly organized, tagged, and recorded.
• Steam garments before fittings
• Maintain fabric, trim, and color library.
• Assist in updating and maintaining Technical Packages.
• Create Product Trackers
• Work with Dept lead and associates on projects on an as needed basis
• Assist in preparation and handing off all technical information for pre-production and production teams.

Experience Required

• 1-3 years’ related experience desired
• Fashion industry knowledge is strongly desired.
• Exhibits a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills.
• MULTILINGUAL speaker is a plus.
