Job Description A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an Entry‑Level Inside Sales Representative to support component sales and develop into a full‑cycle sales professional. This role is the entry point into the sales team and is designed for someone who wants to build a career in B2B sales within the steel building and construction industry. The position focuses on handling inbound calls, assisting customers with component orders, learning quoting processes, and supporting senior sales representatives. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that provides direct exposure to customers, products, and the sales process, with a clear path for growth into a Senior Inside Sales position.
