Security Officer – Unarmed Location: Greater Minneapolis Area. Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hour. Schedule: Multiple shifts available (day, evening, overnight). Shift assignment provided upon hire. What You’ll Be Doing Maintain a professional and visible security presence at assigned locations Conduct routine patrols to identify safety concerns or unusual activity Help prevent unauthorized access and support site security procedures Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors, employees, and tenants as needed Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and fellow team members What We’re Looking For Must meet Minnesota requirements to work as an Unarmed Security Officer Strong observation skills and attention to detail Professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic Previous security, military, or customer service experience is a plus — but not required Why Join Our Team?
