Opportunity to join a nationally recognized wellness brand during a pivotal stage of growth Highly visible role with meaningful ownership and impact Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture Fully remote flexibility Competitive compensation package including: Base salary Performance bonus Equity Job Details What You’ll Do: Lead key aspects of the month-end and year-end close process Manage and mentor a small accounting team (2–3 team members) Oversee reconciliation of high-volume Shopify and ecommerce transactions Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 Support accounting operations across both DTC and retail sales channels Manage sales tax and indirect tax processes and compliance Develop and improve accounting policies, controls, and operational procedures Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership teams Support external audits and financial reporting requirements Drive process improvements and help scale the accounting infrastructure as the business grows Assist with systems optimization and automation initiatives What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within ecommerce, consumer products, or high-growth companies Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition Experience reconciling Shopify or other high-volume ecommerce transactional data Familiarity with inventory and retail accounting environments Prior experience managing or mentoring accounting staff Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Process-oriented mindset with a passion for building scalable systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Interested in hearing more?
