Research and Customer Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a Research and Customer Recruitment Coordinator to support user research and customer engagement activities for a contract position based in Seattle, Washington. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong coordination skills, effective communication, and a service-oriented approach while working with distributed teams across multiple time zones. You will help organize participant outreach, scheduling, and administrative workflows that enable research, product, and design partners to move quickly and efficiently. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a growing function, learn through hands-on collaboration, and help shape effective recruitment operations.Responsibilities:• Coordinate participant recruitment activities from initial outreach through scheduling, confirmations, and incentive tracking to support research studies and early access programs.• Partner with research, product, and design stakeholders to understand study goals, define participant criteria, and ensure a smooth experience for both internal teams and external customers.• Manage calendars, communications, and day-to-day administrative tasks to keep multiple projects moving forward on time.• Maintain and expand sourcing channels by working with internal records, external research panels, and relevant networks to identify suitable participants.• Track recruitment progress, organize participant information, and keep databases and spreadsheets accurate, current, and accessible.• Recommend practical improvements to recruitment workflows, documentation, and operating procedures to increase consistency and scale.• Support onboarding into tools, processes, and team practices while adapting quickly in an environment with limited formal training.• Communicate clearly with customers and cross-functional partners, representing the team with responsiveness, clarity, and attention to detail.
