Job Purpose TheSr.Program Administratorwillprovidecustomersupport for a portfolio of accounts with varying degrees of complexity. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities TheSr.Program Administratorwillsupport sales,customerand plants to include, but not limited to: Accurate and timely data entryinCustomerServicesoftware programs - SCC quoting system, smart vault,SFTP3 (secure site), RMA System, ORACLE, etc. Writingupnew orders, Change Orders, Credit & Rebills. AssistingAccounts Receivable,RMA processingand reviewcustomerScore Cards. Facilitatecustomerand plant discussions with regard to problem solving. Post shipmentfollowupi.e. shipment information and payment resolution, statusreports. Education and Experience 5+ yearsCustomerService experiencepreferred. Computer Skills - Oracle a plus, Excel intermediate skills necessary, 10 key by touch/fax/printers. Microsoft OfficeSkills(emphasis with Excel). Ability to continually change priorities during daily activities. Detail oriented Excellent communication skills. Salary Range(annual): $63,800.00 - $76,876.00 Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
