Insight Global is seeking a Creative Operations Specialist for a top marketing-focused client. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders and creative teams, managing the intake process, project workflows, resource allocation, and project tracking. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, proven Wrike expertise, and the ability to keep multiple initiatives moving simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication across stakeholders. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, optimizing workflows, managing project risks, and ensuring creative deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives. Day-to-Day:

• Manage creative intake requests and project queue
• Lead intake meetings and coordinate follow-up actions
• Prioritize projects and ensure timely delivery of work
• Track project status, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Communicate project updates, risks, blockers, and milestones to stakeholders
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and creative, web, and video teams
• Follow up with stakeholders to gather requirements and information
• Build and optimize Wrike workflows and automations
• Manage marketing content and documentation within SharePoint
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiencies
• Monitor deliverables and ensure projects remain on track
• Support issue resolution and maintain operational excellence across the creative workflow
