This role is primarily remote, allowing licensed professionals to deliver virtual therapy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. While you will have the autonomy to manage your sessions from anywhere, our dynamic team atmosphere remains supportive and collaborative. Our administrative team handles essential logistical details such as appointments and billing, enabling you to focus on what truly matters—your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couple therapy sessions via telehealth, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as appropriate to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish treatment goals and perform ongoing risk evaluations to ensure clients are supported effectively.

• Regularly create, review, and update individualized treatment plans, tracking clients’ progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Establish and maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries while fostering a trusting and respectful relationship with clients.

• Support clients through various life challenges including trauma, emotional regulation, identity development, and significant life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• An active LMHC license in the state of Florida is required.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed for our full-time employees.
