Full Time or Part Time Delivery Helper/Jumper Earn $18 - $21+ hourly based on performance. Performance incentives, overtime, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and benefits available. Driver’s license not required; state ID or passport is sufficient identification. Location: Pontiac. You will meet in Pontiac each morning and deliver in Clarkston, Davison, and Lapeer. Responsibilities Use handheld device for instructions and customer delivery information. Load and unload packages to be delivered. Operate accurately and safely, balancing delivery pace with safety. Deliver packages to the correct customers on time. Walk in all types of Michigan weather for 2–3 days per week (part‑time) or 4–5 days per week (full‑time). Week‑end hours are rotated and required. Assist the team when needed, maintaining teamwork throughout the day. Qualifications Age 18 or older; eligible to work in the U.S.; valid state ID or passport. Ability to pass a criminal background check (no felonies or misdemeanors) and a 4‑panel drug test. In the physical position: lift up to 50 lbs; get in and out of a vehicle frequently; walk up and down stairs. Comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, motivated, reliable, fast‑paced and self‑motivated. Problem‑solving skills to maximize efficiency.
