At Ferraro Foods, our District Sales Managers do more than manage teams.

We are looking for a District Sales Manager who can build a strong team, develop people, and deliver results.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across your district.
• Drive revenue growth by executing sales strategies and expanding market share.
• Partner with sales leadership to shape direction, pricing strategies, and performance goals.
• Stay actively involved in the field, supporting reps on customer visits and key opportunities.
• Monitor pipeline activity, performance metrics, and closing results across your team.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development of sales talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with key and strategic accounts.
• Use data and market insights to guide decisions and improve performance.

The Ingredients for Success

• 5+ years of sales experience, with leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong background in sales strategy, account development, and team performance.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout your region.

The Details

• Schedule: Standard business hours with regular travel throughout the assigned region.
• Compensation: $110,000 - $145,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid holidays, and additional voluntary benefit offerings.
