Sr. Software Engineer, Contract Lifecycle Management

What to Expect We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Software Engineer with expertise in backend service development and hands‑on experience with AI/ML technologies to join our small, high‑performing team. You’ll build scalable software systems that support contract generation and contract lifecycle management for suppliers, customers, employees, and candidates. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting world‑class software, has a proven track record in scalable services, and thrives in collaborative environments. Strong software engineering fundamentals are required, along with prior experience in AI/ML technologies such as semantic searches, vector embeddings, LLMs, Agents, and RAG. Familiarity with UI languages is a plus, and excellent communication skills are essential.
