Commercial Settlement Officer Closer – Jenkintown, PA
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for real estate transactions? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Settlement Agent/Closer to join our team. As a key player in the process, you will be responsible for efficiently handling file completion, preparing CD’s/HUD’s, and ensuring seamless closings and fundings for commercial transactions.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in file completion and documentation processes
- Strong knowledge of preparing CD’s/HUD’s
- Ability to coordinate and execute smooth closing procedures
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Familiarity with industry software and tools
- Previous work in a similar role within the real estate sector
Preferred Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in settlement agent/closer roles
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or property viewings as necessary
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
