Property Accountant
Financial Additions
We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting functions for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties, including medical office buildings and senior living facilities. This role is responsible for financial reporting, account analysis, month-end close, budgeting support, bank draws, and other accounting projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation Perform month-end close and account reconciliations and analysis Review and approve invoices for payment Assist with budgeting, forecasting, lender draws, and financial reporting Set up leases within the accounting system Complete CAM reconciliations, tenant improvement (TI) reconciliations, fee calculations, and bank reconciliations Support process improvements related to accounting and reporting Qualification Bachelor's degree in Accounting 7+ years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate Experience with account reconciliations and financial analysis Experience with Yardi a must Strong written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
