Our family has proudly served the Upper Peninsula for over 40 years — and our Gladstone McDonald’s is looking for dependable, motivated leaders to help guide our crew and keep our restaurant running smoothly. As a Shift Manager, you’ll set the tone for each shift, lead by example, and make sure our guests and crew have the best experience possible.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring top-quality food, service, and cleanliness

• Support, coach, and motivate crew members to perform at their best

• Communicate clearly with the next Shift Manager to maintain smooth transitions

• Oversee safety, security, and cash-handling procedures

• Maintain restaurant equipment and cleanliness standards

• Help meet or exceed key performance goals for your team

What You’ll Bring

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Prior restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
