Creative Project Manager [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Project Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a fast-moving growth marketing organization, ensuring creative ideas are transformed into high-performing assets across paid media and digital channels. You will own the full lifecycle of creative production, from intake and briefing through production, compliance review, and final launch. Acting as the operational backbone for creative execution, you will coordinate multiple stakeholders including growth marketers, designers, legal, and product teams. The environment is highly dynamic, performance-driven, and deeply collaborative, requiring both structure and adaptability. You will help balance speed with precision, ensuring campaigns ship on time without compromising quality or compliance. This is a high-impact position where creative operations directly influence customer acquisition and business growth.

Accountabilities:

You will manage end-to-end creative operations and ensure seamless execution of high-volume, performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, while maintaining alignment between creative, growth, and compliance teams.

• Own the full creative production lifecycle across paid social, SEM, UAC, and related channels from brief intake to final delivery and trafficking
• Partner with growth and creative strategy teams to maintain and execute a structured creative testing calendar, ensuring timely production and launch of experiments
• Coordinate internal and external creative contributors, including designers, writers, and producers, while providing structured feedback and ensuring brand consistency
• Manage legal and compliance review workflows for all creative and landing page assets, ensuring fast approvals without bottlenecks
• Oversee landing page and website updates across cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy, readiness, and alignment with campaign objectives
• Traffic and manage digital assets across platforms including video, app store creatives, and SEM placements, ensuring adherence to platform requirements
• Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of creative assets optimized for performance, testing, and scalability
• Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure all campaigns launch on schedule and meet business objectives
• Integrate AI-enabled tools into creative workflows to improve speed, quality, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

You bring strong experience in creative operations or performance marketing environments, with the ability to manage complex workflows, cross-functional stakeholders, and fast-paced campaign execution.

• 5+ years of experience in creative project management, creative strategy, or performance marketing within DTC or digital-first environments
• Strong experience managing paid media creative across multiple platforms and formats
• Proven ability to operate within regulated or compliance-heavy workflows involving legal review processes
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset paired with a sharp eye for creative quality and performance outcomes
• Hands-on experience using AI tools within creative or marketing workflows, with curiosity to expand their use
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across creative, marketing, and technical teams
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments requiring urgency, ownership, and adaptability
