Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Metal Tube Bend Operator to join our dynamic team in Marysville, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our metal tube bending operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines and Power Benders for metal tube bending, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Perform machine setups for production runs, adhering to specifications and timelines.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Utilize deburring techniques to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute bending specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Hands-on deburring experience with metal components.
- Familiarity with CNC machine setup and changeover processes.
- Ability to perform machine setups for production runs with precision.
- Strong blueprint reading skills to interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
